Installing Neovent on the flow pipe continuously and automatically removes air, and – thanks to its integrated filter and magnet – works in combination with the magnetic dirt separator mounted on the return pipe. The combined action of Neovent and a magnetic dirt separator from the Dirtstop® range ensures maximum protection for the heat generator.

HOW IT WORKS

Deaeration

Star-shaped mesh: intercepts and breaks up even the smallest microbubbles rising to the surface.
Automatic vent: the air accumulated at the top of NEOVENT prevents the water from rising; this keeps the float low, opening the automatic drain valve.
Free flow: air is expelled continuously and 100% automatically without restricting the water flow. The system operates at maximum efficiency with minimal pressure drop.

Debris removal

12,000 Gauss magnet: powerfully captures ferrous particles present in the water.
800 μm filter: traps the smallest debris, causing it to settle at the bottom of the unit.
Quick maintenance: the built-in drain tap allows for easy, quick and trouble-free cleaning.

HOW TO INSTALL

The deaerator should be installed on the hottest side of the system, the point where microbubble formation is greatest.

Installation: install on the flow pipe, immediately after the boiler or heat generator.
Orientation: the component must always be fitted in a vertical position. It can be fitted to horizontal pipes and, in the swivel version, to vertical pipes as well.
Flow direction: observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body of the component to ensure correct operation.
