The Project
Designed to provide discreet, efficient and individually controlled heating throughout the home, the installation serves more than 30 rooms across multiple floors.
The scale and complexity of the property required the system to be divided across nine manifolds, providing individual zoning and precise temperature control throughout the residence.

UFH Experts installed their tried-and-tested pipe-to-insulation system, with the underfloor heating pipework securely clipped directly onto high-performance thermal insulation before the traditional screed was applied.
This installation method provides excellent pipe stability and accurate spacing while helping achieve consistent heat output across the property.
The traditional screed construction also provides excellent thermal mass, helping distribute warmth evenly throughout each space.
With the heating system concealed within the floor, the property benefits from comfortable, even heating without the need for conventional wall-mounted radiators – helping maximise usable living space while complementing the clean aesthetic expected within a luxury home.
